Customers

• Tyreless connects you with independent local tyre partners; the platform charges a 5% service fee on top of the booking cost.
• Quoting closes once 5 partners have responded or a time limit passes, whichever is first.
• Cancellations: for "Later" bookings, cancelling more than 2 hours before the scheduled slot refunds the booking cost in full (the 5% service fee is non-refundable). Cancelling within 2 hours of the slot, or after the partner has started, isn't refundable.
• If your partner cancels, we reopen your request to other local partners at no extra cost to you and refund the original charge.
• You can only have one open request at a time — submit or wait for your current one to finish before starting another.

Partners

• You keep 100% of your quote price; Tyreless's 5% fee is charged to the customer separately.
• Payout is released once you mark the job complete with before/after photos.
• Cancellations: if you can no longer make a booked job, cancel it as early as possible — the job reopens to other partners and the customer is refunded. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to quote on future jobs.

Data

Customer address, phone number, and vehicle registration are only shared with a partner once their quote is accepted. If you sign in by phone, you can only look up requests from the last 90 days. See our privacy notice (placeholder) for how long data is retained.
