Partner Guide

Nearby jobs. Your price. Paid direct.

How to join Tyreless as a tyre partner — from your first SMS alert to money landing in your account.

  1. 1

    Register your business

Business name, a mobile number for job alerts, a password, and your service type — garage-only, mobile-only, or both. Set a base postcode and how far you'll travel.

    Garage / Mobile / Both e.g. 10 mile radius
  2. 2

    Get the job by text

The moment a job lands inside your radius, we text you — urgency, general area, and what's needed, before you've even opened the app.

  3. 3

    Read the brief

Issue, tyre size, quality, quantity, which wheels, and distance. The exact address, reg plate and customer's number stay hidden until you win — that's the customer's privacy, not a withheld feature.

  4. 4

    Put in your bid

Name the tyre brand you'd fit, your all-in price, and when you can get there — a time today, or a date and slot for later jobs. Up to five partners bid; the customer picks.

    Brand · Price · Availability
  5. 5

    Win the job

If you're chosen, the customer pays upfront — job cost plus the platform's 7.5% fee, which comes out of their payment, not yours. Full job details unlock straight away.

  6. 6

    Do the work

Mark the job started when you set off. Fit the tyre, then upload a before and an after photo — that's what closes the job out on our side.

  7. 7

    Get paid

Once you mark the job complete, Tyreless pays you directly. No chasing the customer for money — that part's already handled.

Win more bids

Speed counts as much as price

Fast availability and a clear brand name win jobs as often as the lowest price does. If you can be there in 45 minutes, say so.

Heads up

Bidding windows are short

ASAP jobs close to bidding in 15 minutes, Today jobs in an hour, Later jobs in 24 — or the moment a fifth bid lands, whichever comes first. Check alerts promptly.

Multiple sites

Adding a site

From Account settings, add a site name (e.g. "Second garage" or "Mobile van 1"), its address, postcode, and service type — garage, mobile, or both. Mark it "Open 24 hours" if it's mobile/both, and set a day and night contact per site so alerts reach the right person; without one, alerts default to you.

Privacy by design

Messaging stays inside Tyreless

Once you win a job, you can message the customer straight from the job page or request a phone call — either way, it's relayed through Tyreless so neither of you ever sees the other's real number. Chat stays open until you mark the job started.
