   Add your car

   Enter your UK number plate and we'll pull the make, model and colour automatically. Can't find it, or want to fix a detail? Type it in by hand — it never holds up your request.

   Describe the problem

   One tap and you're done — puncture, sidewall damage, a flat, worn tread, a blowout, a slow leak, or something else entirely.

4. 4

   Give the tyre details

   Which wheel (or wheels), the size printed on the sidewall if you can read it, whether you want new, part-worn or refurbished, and a brand if you're fussy.

   Share where you are

   Your postcode, a mobile number for updates, and any notes a fitter needs — which hard shoulder, which car park level, the gate code.

   Local partners bid

   Nearby tyre partners are texted the job and bid while the window's open — each with a tyre brand, a price, and when they can get to you. Up to five bids come in.

7. 7

   Choose & pay

   Compare the bids side by side, pick the one you want, and pay — the job cost plus a 7.5% Tyreless service fee. That's the booking secured.

8. 8

   Get back on the road

   Your partner comes to you, or you drive in for a garage-based fit. Once it's done, they upload before-and-after photos and close out the job.

9. 9

   Leave a review

   Rate your partner out of five and leave a note for the next customer. It's the only account detail you've kept all along — everything else ran as a guest.
